    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organization. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting, compliance with financial policies and GAAP, and continuous improvement of financial controls. The Controller will manage general accounting, investment accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, banking, payroll, and benefits. The position reports to the Director of Finance and requires a candidate with strong financial acumen and leadership skills.



    Job Responsibilities:

    · Financial Reporting: Oversee the financial reporting process, including preparing and publishing monthly financial statements.

    · Budgeting and Forecasting: Analyze financial statements to identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue; manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

    · Accounting Tasks: Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

They are seeking a Developer to facilitate the implementation across the company and assist in training existing staff in adapting their current business practices. You will work directly with the Director of ERP Implementation.

    Duties:

    * Onboard business units to NetSuite
    * Build Custom SuiteScript
    * Document detailed functional design/specifications documents capturing workflow process
