The client are a leading NetSuite partner in the UK. They are looking for a Principal Consultant to join the team and lead NetSuite Implementation projects for new and existing clients. Someone with multiple years' experience working in a similar environment and mentoring junior members of staff would be a great fit for this role. The client has are able to accommodate remote working with occasional travel to the office for meetings as well as client site visits.

They would like someone with a couple of years experience working in Application Support and at least 12 months' experience with the Sage 200 product. The job can be fully remote from home; the salary on offer is up to £45k plus benefits. They will set you up with all you need for a home office.

Your communication & customer service skills are first class, and you have worked in first-line support, application support or internal help-desk role, finding solutions for Sage 200 users or clients.

You will look after their Sage 200 customer base and you will have the opportunity to learn about Sage CRM and Net-Suite products. You should be good at getting hands-on with problems, digging deep, and resolving client queries by telephone, email, and remote connection, and you stay calm under pressure when the team is busy, or you have an unhappy client.

The ideal candidate

* Applicants should ideally have several years of Sage 200 support experience.
* You should be proficient in SQL and have proven IT Support / Administration experience
* Experience with Sage ISVs such as Draycir or Sicon would be advantageous.

Key Tasks

* To work within the Support team to provide turnkey and specialist guidance to clients and colleagues in the resolution of Sage X3 applications
* To provide excellent customer service
* To ensure software knowledge is kept up to date
* To ensure the proper protection of any customer data in accordance with Company protocols
* To keep internal systems properly updated at all times as required by the organisation
* Record all support logs and related actions on the support database in a clear, understandable and accurate manner
* Keep the customer up to date with the progress of log investigation or resolution.
* Liaise with our suppliers where necessary to obtain the required information or assistance to aid the resolution of a log.
* Work in a team environment, sharing knowledge and information wherever appropriate to achieve the most efficient resolution to logs.
* Handle the escalation of logs to the Support Manager or a Director wherever appropriate and according to the escalation procedures laid out.
* On occasion, provide on-site support/consultancy services to client base.

My client is searching for a skilled and experienced NetSuite administrator to join their expanding team and bring the company's NetSuite platform and business IT practices up to speed with the growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping administrate, optimize, and secure the NetSuite platform, while working alongside cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and promote the platform's potential.



Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration:

* Maintain the health and performance of the business's NetSuite environment.
* Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
* Configure and customize workflows, forms, and reports.
* Implement and manage integrations with external applications and EDI systems.
* Perform and maintain sandbox refreshes to ensure proper testing procedures.
* Keep up with the latest NetSuite releases and best practices.

Data Management:

* Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite and its environment.
* Develop and implement data import/export procedures.
* Create and manage custom reports and dashboards.
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

System Operations:

* Understanding of and experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency company structure within NetSuite OneWorld.
* Ensure smooth performance and efficient functionality of all NetSuite modules being used, including, but not limited to: Advanced Financials, Advanced InventoryManagement, Work Orders and Assemblies, Fixed Assets, and Demand Planning.

Project Management:

* Execute critical project work related to COGS, BOMS, WMS implementation, new system integrations, and other similar tasks.

Training and Support:

* Provide training and support to the business's users on NetSuite functionality.
* Act as a training resource and point of escalation for Jr. Analysts

Collaboration:

* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions within NetSuite.
* Coordinate duties with the Inventory Manager to ensure oversight of inventory.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Deep understanding of NetSuite, ideally 3+ years as a consultant and/or administrator.
* SuiteFoundations and Administrator certifications are preferred but not required.
* Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse best practices and/or Netsuite-related accounting practices.
* Understanding of GAAP and best practices for accounting and finance.
* Experience with lotted inventory in an industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics, etc.
* Strong "customer-first" attitude and willingness to work with users to resolve issues
* Continuous hunger to improve
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with a remote team

Scripting and Automation: (not required, but would be a

plus)

* Develop and maintain complex scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
