    Key Duties:

    * Oversee customer satisfaction and manage multiple NetSuite projects simultaneously
    * Coordinate teamwork between internal teams, customer stakeholders and third parties for successful NetSuite implementation
    * Manage project resourcing, collaborating with the delivery team to optimise capacity and billable time
    * Lead client discussions to enhance understanding of NetSuite and identify process improvement opportunities
    * Drive process improvements, reporting and full project life-cycle coordination, including scoping, implementation and aftercare

    Requirements:

    * Proven experience as a NetSuite Project Manager, delivering multiple end-to end ERP implementations
    * Customer-focused attitude
    * Strong time-management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
    * Excellent communication and personal presentation
    * NetSuite/Project Management certifications highly desirable
    * Must have valid Australian Working Rights

    Responsibilities

    * Manage the continued development of NetSuite and provide insightful solutions to optimize business processes
    * Work closely with key stakeholders and team leaders to decide on optimization strategies for the NetSuite platform

    Qualifications

    * Salesforce experience preferred
    * Prior implementation experience needed
    * Experience implementing NetSuite ERP and supporting integrations using Celigo, Boomi, or SOAP/ REST APIs
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills
