    We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the implementation of Netsuite to be our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which will be the cornerstone of our multi-year digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business process optimization, technical proficiencies in ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, database management, project management, software development, and possess the leadership skills necessary to manage all aspects of the project.

    The ERP Program Director will be instrumental in advancing the Netsuite ERP project, taking full accountability for the successful implementation of all business workstreams and functionality while managing budgets, schedules, and risks. This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital transformation objectives with business stakeholder needs, guiding project delivery from inception to completion. The ERP Program Director will drive multiple workstreams across various functions by understanding requirements, managing complex interdependencies, and working closely with business partners and system integrators. In this leadership position, you will define goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes for the project team, ensuring successful execution and alignment with the organization's strategic vision

    Core Responsibilities

    * Netsuite ERP Technology Leadership
    o Collaborate with executives, department heads, and end-users to gather detailed requirements, ensuring the ERP system aligns with business objectives and project goals.
    o Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    o Define project scope, objectives and deliverables, ensuring they are realistic, measurable, and support the overall strategy.
    o Identify opportunities for leveraging ERP technologies to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
    o Benchmark and adopt best practices in ERP technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive and effective

    * Implementation and Integration
    o Work with functional leaders to drive the execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.
    o Lead teams to prepare business requirements, functional and system requirements using Netsuite ERP systems knowledge and putting together integrated applications strategy, solution design documents and test plans.
    o Prioritize projects and system enhancements with business partners, articulating business impact and fitting solutions, delivered timely and within budget.
    o Mentor internal teams, and 3rd party led service providers to develop and institute policies and procedures associated with application and integration design and standards.
    o Evaluate post-implementation outcomes, gathering feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system enhancements

    * System Optimization and Maintenance
    o Monitor the performance of ERP systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    o Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the ongoing maintenance and support of ERP platforms.
    o Ensure compliance to meet regulatory requirements and security standards.

    * Team Management and Development:
    o Recruit, develop, and mentor ERP specialists.
    o Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

    * Project Management:
    o Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation project, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
    o Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation to achieve project milestones and meet deadlines effectively.
    o Liaise with ERP software vendors and consultants, ensuring successful integration, troubleshooting, and adherence to project timelines
    o Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures to ensure financial targets are met and projects remain within financial constraints
    o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and strategies.

    Key Qualifications
    * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
    * At least three previous experiences in leading the implementation of ERP systems, experience in manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
    * 10+ years of experience with IT applications in implementing, supporting, and managing integrated enterprise systems.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    * Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.
    * Ability to influence process design to minimize customizations.
    * Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and drive organizational change
    * Demonstrated ability to align business processes with technology solutions
    * Strong project management, financial and budget planning skills. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, or SmartSheets
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    * Ability to package and communicate project messages, gain business support, and drive vision and strategy
    * Proven ability to foster strong collaborative partnerships between team members, vendors, and business partners
    * Ability to balance creativity and innovation with practical, cost-effective approaches
