    Anderson Frank has the pleasure of working with a growing organization in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry that is seeking an ERP & IT Manager. This role will have a dual mandate: leading the company's ERP Program Management while overseeing traditional IT management in partnership with external providers. The ERP & IT Manager will play a critical role in optimizing business processes, driving system improvements, and supporting growth initiatives.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead ERP program management, including short- and long-term roadmap development, project execution, and coordination with consulting partners.
    * Manage IT vendor relationships, including MSPs and external IT consultants, while overseeing budgets and spend.
    * Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP system enhancements across finance, operations, and sales functions.
    * Support M&A activity by ensuring seamless integration of acquisitions into NetSuite.
    * Partner with HR to design and deliver ERP/IT training programs for new and existing employees.

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-finance stakeholders
