    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Lead Developer to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system and its associated integrations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with deep expertise in NetSuite, SuiteScript, and ERP customizations, as well as broader technical skills in full-stack development.     Key Responsibilities

    * Oversee and maintain NetSuite systems, configurations, and customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
    * Translate business requirements into efficient solutions, leveraging NetSuite capabilities and customizations.
    * Implement and optimize KPIs, dashboards, and saved searches to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
    * Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efforts to enhance system performance and usability.
    * Manage existing integrations with third-party systems (e.g., 3PL Warehouse, POS systems)
    * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deploy solutions that align with operational goals.
    * Ensure all integration systems comply with SOX requirements and other regulatory standards.
    * Lead cross-functional projects across P2P, O2C, R2R, and Accounting functional areas, ensuring timely delivery and effective solutions.
    * Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related enhancement requests and system improvements.
    * Mentor and guide team members on best practices for NetSuite development and integration.
    * Review and transform long-running scripts into efficient processes, significantly reducing execution time.
    * Monitor and optimize NetSuite performance to support evolving business needs and reduce system downtime.
    * Spearhead projects such as enabling new features (e.g., Item MultiVendor) and implementing customizations post-enablement.

    Required Qualifications

    * Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM, including SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
    * Proven track record of managing NetSuite implementations, configurations, and customizations.
    * Strong background in full-stack development, with experience in C#, JavaScript, MSSQL Server, Angular, and other modern technologies.
    * Familiarity with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware solutions.
    * Retail industry experience highly preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    * Experience integrating NetSuite with POS systems, eCommerce platforms, or 3PL warehouses.
    * Familiarity with Salesforce, SPS Commerce, retail industry
    * Exposure to performance optimization and troubleshooting in high-traffic ERP environments.
