Our client, a fast-growing tech start-up, is in the exciting early stages of a NetSuite implementation and is looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager to take the lead. This is a newly created position born from the company's rapid growth and need for a strong technical leader to drive their systems strategy forward.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things NetSuite-working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless go-live and system adoption. You'll have the opportunity to build out processes, implement best practices, and help shape the company's technology landscape from the ground up.

NetSuite System Manager
Location: Union, NJ (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite)
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 USD

A rapidly expanding leader in commercial services is actively scaling its footprint and recently completed a major transition to NetSuite, implementing Financials, Field Service Management, WMS, Inventory, and CRM. Position Overview:
The company is seeking its first dedicated NetSuite System Manager to take full ownership of the platform and support a user base of roughly 60 employees across finance, field operations, customer service, and inventory. This role offers high visibility with leadership, the ability to build out best practices from the ground up, and the chance to drive meaningful improvements across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite
*

Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, dashboards, searches, KPIs, roles, and permissions.

Support the accounting team with period-end processes, reporting, and year-end audit needs.

Partner with operations, field service, finance, and customer-facing teams to streamline processes and improve system adoption.

Lead troubleshooting, enhancements, and day-to-day support for a diverse multi-department user base.

Work with external partners or developers on integrations and customizations as needed.

Train new and existing users to ensure effective utilization of the platform.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help develop the long-term NetSuite roadmap.

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years of NetSuite administration, configuration, or functional experience (CPG or product-based industry strongly preferred).

Experience supporting modules such as: Inventory, Advanced Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, or WMS.
*

Hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, workflows, and customizations.
*

Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse/3PL partners.
