    Job Description
    The Manager of Accounting Systems will be responsible for overseeing all training related to NetSuite within the company. This role will involve creating tailored, high-quality training programs that promote best practices. The manager will collaborate with various teams including accounting, external consultants, senior management, client-facing teams, IT, human resources, operations, and field personnel.

    Their primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and continuously improving new accounting systems such as NetSuite, procurement and expense platforms, and contract repositories. This individual will also establish training plans and provide expertise to new users across the organization. Strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    * Design and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs utilizing modules, live sessions, and video content to ensure consistent education across the organization.
    * Collaborate with leadership to ensure NetSuite training materials align with branding and organizational goals, and coordinate with other training efforts.
    * Work closely with department managers to enhance accounting systems knowledge, increase user adoption, and support team members as they integrate new accounting systems.
    * Guide employees in utilizing learning resources effectively and create strategies to meet the organization's training needs, driving system adoption.
    * Provide organization-wide visibility into new training initiatives and progress.
    * Apply knowledge of NetSuite and other accounting software to improve business efficiencies and ensure functional alignment with end-user needs.
    * Offer feedback to management for process improvement and new initiatives.
    * Coordinate with HR on new hire orientation and ensure proper onboarding into the company's accounting systems.
    * Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure proper controls for future audits and assist in updating operating procedures.
    * Partner with IT to support training through various platforms while maintaining system security and integrity.
    * Address and resolve complex accounting system issues and implement effective solutions.
    * Provide ad-hoc support for financial operations and assist with special projects as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills

    * Experience with systems like NetSuite, Concur/Tipalti, and banking portals is required.
    * Ability to provide training both in-person and virtually, as needed.
    * Previous experience in a training or customer service role is highly valued.
    * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a motivated attitude.
    * Ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions that drive product adoption and technology expansion.
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with reporting tools.
    * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
    * Excellent facilitation and relationship-building skills with an ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
