    * Compile and communicate key inventory accuracy metrics to leadership.
    * Identify and escalate repeated procedural lapses or control failures.
    * Oversee aging inventory and drive decisions related to use, rework, or disposal.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material accuracy, bill-of-material details, and transaction timing.

    Required Qualifications

    * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Systems Ownership & Support

    * Act as the primary in-house expert for NetSuite and related integrations (Celigo, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Amazon).

    * Manage saved searches, transaction flows, and upload templates for pricing and product updates.

    Integration Management

    * Bill.com for AP integration.
    * Rippling for payroll and expense management.

    * Ensure stable connections and resolve issues impacting order flow and financial processes.

    Operational Support

    * Troubleshoot high-volume order sync issues (e.g., Shopify/Amazon bundles).
    * Support inventory management and WMS processes within NetSuite.
    * Collaborate with operations and finance teams to implement new pricing and upload scripts.

    * Identify gaps and propose enhancements to workflows and integrations.

    Qualifications

    * Experience with NetSuite ERP and WMS in a hands-on technical/functional role.
    * Strong understanding of Celigo integrations

    * Familiarity with EDI (SPS Commerce), Bill.com, and payroll systems (Rippling) is a plus.
    * Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and recommend solutions.
