    Job Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead NetSuite strategy, administration, and optimization, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain to align system initiatives with business goals.
    *

    Configure and enhance core NetSuite modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management) while supporting CPG needs like SKU setup, BOMs, demand planning, and supply chain workflows.
    *

    Improve process efficiency and automation across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, and month-end close, ensuring data accuracy and strong master data governance.
    *

    Manage integrations with 3PLs, WMS, Shopify/eCommerce tools, planning platforms, and other enterprise systems; lead UAT, upgrades, and system enhancement projects.
    *

    Maintain system governance and documentation, oversee roles/permissions and internal controls, and deliver training, SOPs, and best practices to end users and key stakeholders.

    Job Qualifications:

    *

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
    *

    5+ years of NetSuite administration, configuration, or functional experience (CPG or product-based industry strongly preferred).
    *

    Experience supporting modules such as: Inventory, Advanced Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, or WMS.
    *

    Hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, workflows, and customizations.
    *

    Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse/3PL partners.
    *

    NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications preferred.

    Systems Ownership & Support

    Integration Management

    Qualifications

    * Familiarity with EDI (SPS Commerce), Bill.com, and payroll systems (Rippling) is a plus.
