Business Intellegence Analyst - Remote
In this role, you will analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and provide strategic insights to help drive data-informed decisions across marketing, finance, operations, technology, sales, and leadership. Your work will be key in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and improving overall performance.

Role & Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and drive business growth.
* Deliver insights to improve marketing, financial, and operational performance.
* Build predictive models and automate reporting using Power BI.
* Define KPIs and create dashboards aligned with business goals.
* Ensure data accuracy through cleaning, validation, and collaboration with IT.
* Translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams and leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
* 2-5 years in BI, data analysis, or similar roles.
* Proficient in SQL, NetSuite, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
* Solid understanding of data modeling, schemas, and governance.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
