Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer packaging industry and proficiency in NetSuite. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with our sales team to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:
* Lead the planning and implementation of packaging projects.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
* Coordinate with various departments (e.g., design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives.

Attention to Detail and Organization:
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
* Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

NetSuite Proficiency:
* Utilize NetSuite for project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
* Generate and analyze reports to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Train and support team members in the effective use of NetSuite for project management.

Customer Focus:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
