Prize draw: Terms and Conditions
The 2026 edition of our Anderson Frank Careers and Hiring Guide will be published on our insights hub in September 2025. If you have any questions about the guide, please email survey@andersonfrank.com.
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry, and by entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. At its sole discretion, Anderson Frank reserves the right to exclude you from the competition if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Entrants must complete the Careers and Hiring Guide survey in full to enter the prize draw, and provide a valid email address. Submitted surveys without an email address will not be entered into the prize draw. Submitted surveys with an invalid email address will also not be entered.
- Anderson Frank reserves the right to disqualify any prize draw entrant. Fraudulent, spam or duplicate responses will be monitored and removed.
- A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Only one entry will be made for each respondent. Completing the survey more than once does not give you more chances to win.
- The prize draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
- To enter, entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
- Anderson Frank will select the winner at random from all completed surveys.
- For respondents outside the US, an equivalent prize amount will be offered (amount to be determined on the exchange rate at the time of the prize draw) if that prize is chosen.
- Winners will be notified via email—your email will not be shared with third parties.
- Anderson Frank and Tenth Revolution Group employees are NOT eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Anderson Frank will use the information you provide or that we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the competition.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results, or any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Anderson Frank shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- Winners will be notified up to three times. If a winner does not respond to either of the three emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the final email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Anderson Frank reserves the right to randomly choose and notify a new winner.
