About Us: My client is a dynamic and global non-profit company committed to financially supporting civil society groups around the world. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join the team and lead their finance department.

Position Overview: The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including overseeing credit card transactions, travel and expenses, and more. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NetSuite and Concur, with experience in Concur implementation and optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

Financial Management:

* Oversee and manage the company's financial operations.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Credit Card Transactions:

* Manage and reconcile credit card transactions.
* Monitor and review credit card expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

*

Travel and Expenses:

* Oversee the travel and expense reimbursement process.
* Review and approve expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on travel and expense policies and procedures.

*

NetSuite and Concur Expertise:

* Manage and optimize the use of NetSuite and Concur for financial operations.
* Lead the implementation and integration of Concur, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.
* Provide training and support to staff on the use of NetSuite and Concur.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Team Leadership and Development:

* Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Strong expertise Concur, with experience in Concur implementation and optimization.
* Experience with NetSuite is a nice to have
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
