As the NetSuite System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. Your primary responsibilities will include generating reports, creating custom forms, and overseeing database administration to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain NetSuite ERP system to align with business needs and objectives.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Develop and generate custom reports using NetSuite's reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement custom forms, fields, and workflows to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Administer and maintain the integrity of the NetSuite database, including data imports, exports, and backups.
- Implement data security best practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Provide training and support to end users on NetSuite functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP system administration, configuration, and customization.
- Expertise in report generation using NetSuite reporting tools (e.g., SuiteAnalytics).
