For over 50 years, our client has been a trusted creator of home décor, textiles, and designs, renowned under various brand names. They have consistently scaled their business since their foundation and are looking to bring someone on to manage their NetSuite system. This position offers a great opportunity to help influence the design of NetSuite and manage all aspects of the platform going forward.

Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive process workflows spanning diverse business operations, with a particular focus on NetSuite implementation and optimization.
* Analyze complex business requirements, translating them into precise and actionable documentation within defined timeframes, addressing moderate to highly intricate issues across all affected elements, specifically within the NetSuite ecosystem.
* Engage in collaborative efforts with business stakeholders, IT professionals, and relevant parties to devise strategies and roadmap software enhancements, along with selecting enterprise software solutions, emphasizing NetSuite's role.
* Spearhead optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within NetSuite, working closely with subject matter experts and key leaders within business units.
* Conduct thorough process reviews within the context of NetSuite to pinpoint opportunities for streamlining and enhancement.
* Execute testing procedures for various business applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite functionality, encompassing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Provide user training on NetSuite applications, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
* Utilize Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools within NetSuite to generate alert reports, highlighting data value discrepancies and procedural issues.
* Offer dedicated support for NetSuite systems, maintaining system configuration, setup, and application as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Demonstrable experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite environments; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is advantageous.
* Proficiency in NetSuite is essential.
* Strong collaborative skills, able to lead and facilitate communication, with a specific focus on NetSuite-related projects.
* Expertise in analyzing and translating business requirements into high-quality, actionable documentation within specified timeframes, resolving complex issues within the NetSuite ecosystem with consideration for all affected components.
* Ability to generate lifecycle documents, such as Business Workflow Diagrams, Business Use Cases, User Stories, and User Interface Design Documents, specifically tailored to document NetSuite functional requirements, workflows, and solutions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
* Agile in transitioning between various subject matters to address the needs of different business units, with a dedicated emphasis on NetSuite proficiency.
