Overview:
A leading provider in custom home improvements since 2005, is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager. With a significant presence in the industry, marked by over 150,000 installations, our client prides itself on exceptional service and high-quality products. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial reports, including operational metrics and liquidity forecasts to Senior leadership
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Support sales team efforts in managing business pipelines and collaborate with the Accounting Manager on financial operations including AR/AP and supplier payments.
- Support ongoing NetSuite financial system implementation
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, contributing to efficiency improvements and profitability analysis.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the accounting structure and its impact on financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience with NetSuite ERP
- 5 years accounting & finance experience
- FP&A experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA) preferred.
