A client of ours in the retail space is looking to bring on a NetSuite Developer / Systems Analyst to join their already impressive team. They're looking for somebody who has strong business acumen to work with many parts of the business and somebody who loves to be challenged.

Role & Responsibilities

* Own and manage NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
* Develop and maintain Celigo integrations for seamless data flow across systems.
* Manage and enhance EDI transactions and integrations with trading partners.
* Support multi-subsidiary operations, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.
* Oversee and optimize 3PL warehouse integrations with NetSuite.
* Manage Shopify-NetSuite integrations, ensuring a seamless order-to-fulfillment process.
* Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) of various subsidiaries to understand and optimize business processes.
* Take ownership of system challenges, proactively identifying problems and driving solutions.
* Support reporting and data analysis needs to improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

* NetSuite Development & Administration - Extensive experience with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCloud, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
* Celigo Integration Expertise - Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Celigo integrations for NetSuite, Shopify, EDI, and 3PL warehouses.
* EDI Management - Experience developing and troubleshooting EDI transactions with NetSuite and trading partners.
* Experience managing NetSuite in a multi-entity environment, ensuring proper intercompany transactions and reporting.
* Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant to assist with the migration of our warehouse ERP system to NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, specifically in the manufacturing and warehouse management modules, and hands-on experience in managing ERP migrations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee the migration process from the current warehouse ERP to NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Configure and optimize NetSuite Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules to meet the business needs.
* Analyze current workflows and data structures, providing guidance for process improvements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
* Conduct data mapping, data migration, and system testing to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
* Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system post-migration.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
* Ensure compliance with best practices and NetSuite standards.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
* Experience with ERP system migrations, particularly in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
* Excellent understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain management, and inventory control processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users effectively.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
