Role & Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing clients, focusing on complex, customized solutions.
* Design and configure WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and other advanced NetSuite modules to optimize business processes.
* Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions beyond out-of-the-box configurations.
* Provide strategic guidance on inventory management, warehouse operations, production planning, and supply chain workflows.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define custom scripts, integrations, and automation as needed.
* Train end-users, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to internal best practices.
* Ensure successful project execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.



Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector with a deep understanding of industry processes.
* 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams of consultants.
* Led 25+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations from discovery to go-live.

A fantastic opportunity for a Principal NetSuite Consultant to join a rapidly growing NetSuite partner. Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Consultant to assist in their exciting pipeline of projects across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers valuable exposure to some of the region's most high-profile NetSuite clients, as well as the experience working under reputable, skilled leadership.

Key Duties:

* Use NetSuite skills to develop tailored, functional solutions based on individual business requirements
* Aid in end-to-end NetSuite implementations for various customers, including post go-live support and user training
* Engage in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
* Work on multiple NetSuite projects simultaneously whilst maintaining a superb standard of work
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clientele
* Provide direction and leadership in NetSuite projects

Required skills:

* Proven experience as a Senior/Principal NetSuite Consultant
* End-to-end NetSuite implementation experience a must
* Prior NetSuite Partner experience highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Full Australian Working Rights (applicants must be based in Australia)
