Required Experience:

* Public Accounting (recent experience)!
* At least 5+ years of experience with Accounting (audits, financial reporting, forecasting, etc.)

* NetSuite Fundamentals:
* NetSuite Admin-related tasks: searches, reports, dashboards, forms, fields, etc.
* NetSuite finance-related tasks: general ledger, cash flow/management, reports, AP/AR

SaaS industry experience/knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities:

* Assisting the accounting/finance team and business analysts with any finance-related tasks
* Overseeing accounting functions for the US parts of the business
* Analyzing cash flow/cash cycles from a global perspective
* Assisting with NetSuite-related tasks (admin/functional + accounting tasks)

Job Description:

This job requires an innovative, detail-oriented, and strategic NetSuite professional who can come serve as a leader for the NetSuite system in this business. Not only will this person be responsible for maintaining the entire NetSuite system, but they will work across various departments to offer solutions that will address any business needs.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage the company's entire NetSuite system (required: experience working with over 100+ users in NetSuite)
* Identify different areas for system improvement, configuration, and optimization
* Responsible for managing the system (all general administration functions and knowledge of modules)
* Responsible for preparing and executing complex NetSuite documentation

Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience (at least 4+ years) as a NetSuite Admin (high proficiency with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, Forms, Workflows, etc.)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Strong business acumen
