    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our NetSuite ERP system. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects while aligning with business goals. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and continuous improvement.

    This is a key role in driving efficiency, enhancing data integrity, and optimizing the use of NetSuite to support our company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Project Leadership: Lead NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
    * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, set priorities, and define project scope.
    * Customization & Configuration: Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite to ensure it meets the company's operational needs.
    * Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth execution and problem resolution.
    * Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and proactively resolve them.
    * Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that all teams can effectively leverage NetSuite's capabilities.
    * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize system performance to meet evolving business needs.
    * Documentation & Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of system processes, project milestones, and key decisions, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
    * Post-Implementation Support: Lead post-go-live support activities and troubleshooting, working with technical teams to ensure smooth system operations.

    Qualifications:

    * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    * Experience:

    * 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementation or optimization projects.
    * Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget.
    * Strong experience in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
    * Experience with managing cross-functional teams and vendors.

    * Certifications: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or Project Manager certification is a plus.
    * Skills:

    * Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
    * Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    * Prolific understanding of financial processes and ERP functions (e.g., accounting, supply chain, order management).

    * Technical Skills:

    * Proficient with NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics (desired but not mandatory).
    * Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, HRIS).
    * Familiarity with SQL, data migration, and reporting tools is a plus.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Configure and customize the NetSuite platform to meet business needs, including developing custom reports, saved searches, workflows, and user roles.
    * Managing integrations with third-party vendors to maintain data accuracy, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs for NetSuite enhancements
    * Key tasks involve overseeing system integrity, updates, data formatting, and maintenance of custom automation scripts, as well as managing testing phases and providing user training for successful NetSuite adoption.

    Skills & Qualifications

    The ERP Program Director will be instrumental in advancing the Netsuite ERP project, taking full accountability for the successful implementation of all business workstreams and functionality while managing budgets, schedules, and risks.     * Implementation and Integration

    o Lead teams to prepare business requirements, functional and system requirements using Netsuite ERP systems knowledge and putting together integrated applications strategy, solution design documents and test plans.

    o Monitor the performance of ERP systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

    * Team Management and Development:
    o Recruit, develop, and mentor ERP specialists.

    * Project Management:
    o Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation project, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

    o Liaise with ERP software vendors and consultants, ensuring successful integration, troubleshooting, and adherence to project timelines

    o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and strategies.

    Key Qualifications
    * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
    * At least three previous experiences in leading the implementation of ERP systems, experience in manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
    * 10+ years of experience with IT applications in implementing, supporting, and managing integrated enterprise systems.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    * Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.
    * Ability to influence process design to minimize customizations.
    * Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and drive organizational change
    * Demonstrated ability to align business processes with technology solutions
    * Strong project management, financial and budget planning skills. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, or SmartSheets
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    * Ability to package and communicate project messages, gain business support, and drive vision and strategy
    * Proven ability to foster strong collaborative partnerships between team members, vendors, and business partners
    * Ability to balance creativity and innovation with practical, cost-effective approaches
