    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant to assist with the migration of our warehouse ERP system to NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, specifically in the manufacturing and warehouse management modules, and hands-on experience in managing ERP migrations within a manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and oversee the migration process from the current warehouse ERP to NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    * Configure and optimize NetSuite Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules to meet the business needs.
    * Analyze current workflows and data structures, providing guidance for process improvements.
    * Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
    * Conduct data mapping, data migration, and system testing to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
    * Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system post-migration.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
    * Ensure compliance with best practices and NetSuite standards.

    Qualifications:

    * Proven experience as a NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
    * Strong expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
    * Experience with ERP system migrations, particularly in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
    * Excellent understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain management, and inventory control processes.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges.
    * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users effectively.
    * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Job description

    Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting financial operations and driving efficiencies during the roll out of two key systems, NetSuite and Employment Hero Payroll. This organisation offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to collaborate with a leading advisory firm.

    What You'll Do:

    * Assist with reconciliations, journal entries and P&L reviews.
    * Support system integrations and ensure data integrity across multiple entities
    * Contribute to streamlining Chart of Accounts (CoA) and general ledger processes
    * Provide payroll aid and assist with financial audits and reporting
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to document and implement process improvements

    Requirements:

    * A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA in progress)
    * Experience with accounting principles and month/year-end processes
    * Proficiency in accounting systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)
    * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
    * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
