Job Description

An IT Services company is looking to add an experience NetSuite Administrator to their growing systems team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities to ensure the system supports our business needs effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

* Configure and tailor NetSuite to meet business processes and requirements.
* Implement and maintain custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and other configurations as needed.
* Develop new customizations using SuiteScript 2.0.
* Provide ongoing support to NetSuite users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
* Design and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system use.
* Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage system integrations with NetSuite.
* Manage and design NetSuite integrations with tools such as Celigo and Mulesoft.
* Work with technical teams to implement performance improvements and optimizations.
* Plan and execute NetSuite system upgrades, staying up-to-date with the latest features.
* Assess and implement new modules or features to enhance system capabilities.
* Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations.

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong experience with key NetSuite modules, including Financial Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Intercompany Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
* NetSuite configuration, scripting, and system integrations.
* Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
* In-depth knowledge of NetSuite workflows, custom records, fields, forms, and advanced PDFs.
* Experience with JavaScript, including SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
* Expertise in integrating NetSuite with other systems and applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
