As the Controller, you'll serve as the go-to NetSuite expert while overseeing the company's full-cycle accounting operations. You'll collaborate across departments, improve systems and processes, and bring positive energy and leadership to the team. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team morale, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of full-cycle accounting including month-end close, general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations
*
Own and optimize NetSuite ERP-manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and train users across departments
*
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other key teams to ensure financial accuracy and support business goals
*
Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership to drive strategic decision-making
*
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
*
Partner with HR and executive leadership to support company culture and boost team morale
*
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements:
*
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred but not required
*
Full-cycle accounting,Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (implementation, customization, and support
*
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-able to work seamlessly across teams and levels
*
