The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications and experiences:
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English is required.
* Leadership Qualities: The candidate should be a hands-on, accountable leader with a keen attention to detail and the capability to oversee ERP implementations.
* Work Environment: They should thrive in a fun, dynamic, yet detail-oriented work environment.
Key Skills and Experiences:
* Accounting Oversight: Experience in overseeing the accounting model, managing receivables, inventories, and dealing with the integration of another office in Spain.
* ERP Implementation: Proficiency in implementing ERP systems, particularly with NetSuite.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a Controller or Director of Accounting role, preferably with Big 4 experience.
* Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with French accounting.
* Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in managing teams, including 2 direct reports and 3 indirect reports.
* Tax and AP Automation: Knowledge of tax advisors and AP automation processes.
* Financial Reporting: Ability to handle the full close process and monthly reporting.
* Qualifications: CPA certification, a Master's in Accounting, or an equivalent qualification in France.
