Originally formed in the early 2000's, my client first served as a North American marketing and distribution entity for a world-renowned distillery in France. It has since evolved into a leading owner and incubator of premium craft spirit and cider brands, including mezcal, tequila, cider, and liqueurs.
They are a leading player in the alcohol distribution industry, known for its exceptional products and services. They are currently seeking a dedicated and conscientious Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities
* Manage accounts receivable for timely invoicing and collections.
* Collaborate with sales and finance for accurate financial records.
* Use Bill Back Portals for efficient account management.
* Assist with inventory management, cost accounting, and COGS calculations.
* Accurately process sales and purchase orders.
* Support data migrations and system updates for financial accuracy.
* Conduct audits and prepare reports on inventory performance and cost variances.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
* NetSuite experience strongly preferred
* Experience with Bill Back Portals or similar industry experience
* Inventory experience required
* Alcohol distribution experience preferred
