My Client, a mission-driven non-profit organization based near Washington, DC, is on the lookout for a NetSuite experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual considering a change in this space.
You will be a leader within the organization both working closely with key stakeholders & C-Suite level leadership, as well as managing and developing a team of individuals. Alongside this, this is a great opportunity to work towards a shared goal within a collaborative business and team!

Requirements & Responsibilities
* Previous experience with NetSuite ERP
* Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, as well as the preparation of financial statements
* Management of general ledger
* Background supporting junior level employees as direct reports - Mentoring & focusing on the development and career growth of your team
* Reconcile balance sheets including bank statements, accounts receivable, and expenses
* Prior work within a non-profit organization
* CPA certification ideal, but not required
* Ability to work on-site in a hybrid basis
