Role Overview:
As the Integration Analyst, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our middleware systems. You'll work with NetSuite, EDI, and API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across our organization. This role is vital to streamlining operations, supporting business growth, and improving efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Middleware Management: Oversee and maintain the company's middleware solutions to support integrations between internal and external systems.
* Integration Development: Develop, implement, and troubleshoot EDI and API integrations to connect NetSuite with third-party platforms.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and work cross-functionally with teams to enhance integration workflows.
* Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across integrated systems.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including system mappings, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
* Support and Training: Provide end-user support and training as necessary for integration-related processes.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Integration management, preferably in the beverage, food, or consumer goods industries.
* Technical Skills: Strong experience with NetSuite, EDI standards and API integration frameworks.
* Middleware Tools: Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
