Great Neck, New York (Hybrid-Remote)
Salary Range: $150,000-175,000
My client is an investor-backed and fast-growing management services organization (MSO) serving concierge primary care practices, with one location in the New York City area and a second joining from the DC area. This position has the ability to grow into a CFO role with potential for equity.
They are looking for a highly skilled Controller to enable their growth trajectory by establishing finance and accounting functions. The Controller will be a key player in integrating acquisitions, moving from cash to GAAP accounting, and setting up scalable financial processes. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Great Neck, New York.
Top 3 skills and years of experience required:
1 1 Accounting, reconciliations, able to understand best in class chart of accounts in a healthcare context
2 2 Can consolidate financials across multiple entities
3 3 Can implement new systems (NetSuite)
4 4 Big 4 Accounting Experience and CPA preferred
