Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the continued growth of the organization. This position is suited for a CPA with a strong background in NetSuite and hands-on accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage AR and AP processes, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
* Oversee the general ledger, perform monthly account reconciliations, and prepare journal entries.
* Utilize and create saved searches in NetSuite to enhance financial reporting and streamline data retrieval.
* Assist with audit preparation and ensure tax compliance, providing required documentation for external audits.
* Manage payroll activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
* CPA certification is required.
* At least 2 years of experience working with NetSuite, including saved search functionality.
* Proven experience in AR, AP, GL, and general ledger reconciliations.
* Familiarity with audit and tax compliance practices.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
