This is a digital Marketing Company backed by Private equity that has acquired seven brand new companies is looking to bring on a highly qualified Accounts Receivable specialist to their Accounting team. You would be working alongside employees with many years of experience under their belt in a start-up like environment in a company that's been around for over 20 years.
Role & Responsibilities
* Manage billing in a subscription-based model
* Handle error reports in NetSuite
* Sync Salesforce and NetSuite
* Assist with integrations (Celigo)
* Collection specialist tasks
* Generate reports on both Salesforce and NetSuite
Skills & Qualifications
* 5-6 years of experience in billing
* Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
* Proficiency in Excel (VLookups, handling big data sets)
* Familiarity with complex billing systems
* Subscription-based experience
