This key role will focus on the successful migration of NetSuite that integrates critical business functions, including finance, supply chain, inventory management, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, NetSuite, and a background in the retail sector, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
* Lead all stages of the NetSuite implementation, from planning and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
* Collaborate with various internal teams, such as IT, finance, supply chain, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite and e-commerce modules, providing necessary training to end users.
* Stakeholder Communication:Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors.
* Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including progress reports and risk assessments.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
* Allocate resources efficiently to ensure the project stays within budget and meets deadlines.
* Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring the system meets business requirements.
* Oversee the creation of test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure thorough system testing.
Qualifications:
* Experience managing complex IT projects including NetSuite implementations
* Experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platform implementations.
* Strong understanding of retail business processes, including finance, inventory management, supply chain, and e-commerce.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management tools
