Job Description
As the Director of Systems and IT, you will lead the development and execution of IT strategy, digital transformation, security, and systems maintenance across the organization. This role supports key business areas including e-commerce, omnichannel, retail store operations, inventory management, and warehouse operations. You will also oversee daily technical support for the office, store networks, desktop support, and infrastructure services.
Role & Responsibilities
* Create and enforce organizational standards to ensure high-quality service.
* Develop a system for corporate hardware and software maintenance.
* Improve and maintain communication protocols across the company.
* Establish processes for updating and backing up the ERP system.
* Provide IT recommendations, policies, and procedures by assessing needs and predicting organizational outcomes.
* Promptly troubleshoot and resolve user issues across corporate hardware and software.
* Mentor and lead IT team members to enhance their skills and project management capabilities.
* Manage IT vendor contracts and relationships.
* Analyze departmental business needs and propose technical solutions.
* Maintain company-wide security protocols and continuously implement tools to secure networks and servers.
* Manage and organize the IT budget.

Skills & Qualifications
* 5 + years of experience managing a team of reports
* Experience with Boomi, Celigo, or similiar system
* Experience managing NetSuite ERP and similiar system
* CRM systems experience
* Loyalty program management
* Experience migrating financial data to NetSuite
* Strong knowledge of system fundamentals, programming, and database structures
* Understanding of Windows applications and network configuration
* Awareness of current and emerging digital technology trends
* 5+ years of experience in retail, restaurant POS software, warehouse management software, or e-commerce
