Job Description
My Client, a mission-driven non-profit organization based in Maryland, just North of DC, is on the lookout for a NetSuite-focused Financial Systems Analyst to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual considering a change in this space.
You will be a leader within the organization, working closely with key stakeholders and playing a key role in strategic decision-making for their NetSuite platform. As a team player, you will work towards a shared vision and goal with your team to create innovative solutions to make an impact on the community.

Role & Responsibilities

Work closely with key stakeholders and team leaders to decide on key strategies or NetSuite platform
*
Responsible for NetSuite updates and end-user training as needed
*
Work cross-functionally to gather business requirements and ensure they are translated into practical NetSuite configurations
*
Ensure data integrity by performing data reports and integrations, providing accurate and timely financial reporting
*
Administer and manage financial modules within NetSuite such as general ledger, A/P, A/R, and fixed assets
*
Support other financial systems, as well as the on-boarding of additional platforms that promote seamless processes for organization
*
Analyze data utilizing tools provided to support accounting/ financial departments
Skills & Qualifications
*
3+ years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator
*
Non-profit industry experience preferred
*
Ability to work closely with Accounting and understand intricacies of processes
*
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and/ or Tableau, among others
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
