As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will work closely with the Finance team to assist with month-end close processes, budgeting, reporting, and system integrations. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining customizations within NetSuite, managing user permissions, and leading system implementations. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their expertise in SaaS products, strengthen IT controls, and contribute to meaningful process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of finance-related software products, including NetSuite.
- Build and maintain customizations in NetSuite using SuiteScripts 2.0, workflows, and advanced saved searches.
- Utilize workflow action scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage system access for employees, including setup, permissions, and deactivation.
- Support the Finance team during month-end close by troubleshooting issues and creating custom reports.
- Act as the primary client-side contact during system implementations, ensuring successful project execution.
- Lead your own initiatives and project manage all related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with SOX policies and procedures by maintaining support logs and responding appropriately to SOX-related scenarios.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for task automation and system feature enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems implementation, customizations, and administration of software such as NetSuite, Zuora, Coupa.
- 3 years of experience writing SuiteScripts 2.0 and using workflow action scripts.
- Advanced skills in building saved searches and creating custom reports in NetSuite.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary range between $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
