Manufacturing Organization
Our client has a rich history of radiant heat, engineering, design, and manufacturing. They are considered a world leader in radiator technology, having invented the flat-panel steel radiator back in 1953.
This is a high visibility role reporting directly into GM of organization, full ownership of accounting department and an SME for their NetSuite instance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, utilizing NetSuite to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulations, leveraging NetSuite's capabilities to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, and manage the integration of NetSuite with other manufacturing systems to optimize workflow and data synchronization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience handling AP/AR/GL/Month End
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP
- Strong background working in a manufacturing organization ie. cost accounting
