An exclusive opportunity for an ERP Business Development Director to join a leading local consultancy. Our client is servicing some of the regions most high-profile customers and is seeking an experienced sales manager to continue to grow their client base. This role offers unmatched growth opportunity and is best suited to a senior sales leader ready to hit the ground running.
Key Duties:
* Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships to drive ERP software sales and services
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry needs and competitive positioning
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations, proposals and presentations to showcase ERP solutions and lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms for clients and the business
* Work closely with technical teams, consultants and project managers to tailor ERP solutions to client needs and ensure seamless implementation
* Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activities and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and exceed business targets
Required skills:
* Proven experience as an ERP Sales Manager (NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded)
* Driven, 'hunter' attitude in bringing on new business
* Ability to not only sell to but also advise clients on best practise
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
* Full Australian Working Rights (applicants must be based in Australia)
