Are you a seasoned CPA with a passion for finance in the tech space? Do you have a strong background in SaaS and NetSuite experience?
This company is eeking a Controller to lead our financial operations and play a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategic growth of their company.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
* Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
* Optimize and maintain the company's NetSuite ERP system to enhance financial processes and reporting.
* Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures tailored to a SaaS business model.
* Drive revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 standards for subscription-based businesses.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that drive business decisions and long-term strategy.
* Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and board reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
* CPA designation required.
* Proven experience as a Controller, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
* Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP; experience implementing or optimizing NetSuite is a plus.
* Expertise in SaaS revenue models, including subscription billing and ASC 606 compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
