    Key Responsibilities:

    * Act as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert, owning system administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization.
    * Drive continuous improvement by developing and enhancing custom fields, workflows, SuiteScripts, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches to support evolving business needs.

    The NetSuite Administrator supports continued growth strategy by working with key stakeholders to support our existing NetSuite OneWorld ERP system and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for system configuration, upgrades, security administration, change management, monitoring, governance, and integration of NetSuite components with other internal systems such as UCMS and CRM/Dynamics. The NetSuite Administrator will work with internal and external customers to understand business needs, design, test and implement technical solutions that support needed integrations, reporting, and standardization of use across the organization.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Oversee the administration and maintenance of the WPO NetSuite financial system, including system configuration, customization, and security settings.
    * Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and technical support related to financial systems.
    * Manage Finance Tech team which may include, but not limited to, a developer, system administrator and subscription operations specialist.
