Through the use of advanced software, extensive therapeutic and scientific expertise, and operational excellence, they consistently gather, aggregate, and uncover high-quality evidence for clinical studies across a variety of trial models, including traditional, virtual, and hybrid approaches. Responsibilities:
* Lead the onboarding of business units to the NetSuite platform
* Develop comprehensive functional design documents outlining workflow processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Customize NetSuite and develop Suitelets as needed
* Manage third-party integrations and oversee data migration
* Design workflows, dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency
* Coordinate with development teams on scripting creation and deployment
* Facilitate integration with additional applications or add-ons
* Provide training and support to users, and serve as a liaison with NetSuite support as needed
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated expertise in system building and customization
* Proficiency in SuperScript, with a strong understanding of API architectures
* Prior experience with NetSuite administration
* Thorough understanding of general business practices
