The 2024/25 edition of Anderson Frank’s Careers and Hiring Guide has gone live—containing all the vital insight into the NetSuite ecosystem that employers and employees alike have come to rely on.

From sentiment across the workforce on topics such as certification and career development, to how the technology is used by end user and partner organizations, it contains exclusive insight, data and analysis that helps those within the NetSuite community to stay ahead of the curve.

While this is the eighth year the guide has been put together, this is the second online-only edition after the success of our 2023/24 installment. “Moving to an online resource has allowed us to display the data we have collected in an easy-to-navigate format, while also doing our bit when it comes to our sustainability efforts,” said James Lloyd-Townshend, President at Anderson Frank.

Based on responses from the largest independent survey of its kind within the NetSuite community, and covering more than 32,000 unique data points, the release of our Careers and Hiring Guide has become a regular fixture in the calendar for those working within the NetSuite community.

Workforce planning for NetSuite employers

With economic markets around the world all looking towards recovery in 2025, combined with the transformative power that automation and AI can bring to businesses, it’s little wonder that organizations are already taking a strategic approach to their digital infrastructure, including staffing.

“Workforce planning has become a hot topic for almost every employer of NetSuite talent in the tech community, so guides like this continue to be essential reading to stay ahead of the curve,” added Lloyd-Townshend. “Having access to a range of statistics that directly reflect the experiences of those working hands-on with the technology remains vital in order to find, and retain, the best talent.”

Whether it’s knowing what attracts NetSuite professionals to a role and why they leave,  or movement between end user and partner ecosystems and changing between freelance and contract environments, the Careers and Hiring Guide contains unique insight from those that matter most in the community—allowing employers to create a more attractive employer brand that ensures longevity when it comes to the workforce.

The Careers and Hiring Guide isn’t just a go-to resource for employers though, with an abundance of data and analysis that adds value to professionals navigating all stages of their career using NetSuite.
