The largest annual gathering of the Oracle NetSuite community is back for 2023. Returning to Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, from Monday, October 16 to Thursday, October 19, SuiteWorld is set to offer more networking opportunities, practical training, and upskilling sessions, as well as news of the latest developments, than ever before.
There’s still time to register for the big event, but for those who can’t make it to Vegas, all sessions will be available to access online and on-demand for free, so you don’t have to miss a thing.
If you’re attending in person, here are a few things you can get up to throughout the week:
Grab a drink at the Welcome Reception
On Monday evening, the Expo Hall will become the world’s biggest NetSuite mixer when it hosts the Welcome Reception. Kick your week off in style by enjoying drinks and appetizers while you rub shoulders with NetSuite partners, customers, and employees.
SuiteUP with learning and development sessions
This year at SuiteWorld, NetSuite is encouraging everyone to SuiteUP and unlock new skills that will allow you to achieve NetSuite’s long-held vision: to empower leaders to get a complete view of their business.
To help you brush up, there are over 200 breakout sessions, workshops, and hands-on training events to get involved with. Whatever new know-how you want to take home with you, there’s a session that’ll get you there.
Covering a wide range of topics, from industry deep-dives and customer success stories to quick and dirty tech tips, Sessions are hour-long talks from NetSuite experts packed with valuable insights and takeaways.
There are also 20 Solution Showcase Sessions on the agenda. These half-hour events will see NetSuite partners and solution providers outline how their products and services can help you elevate your NetSuite game.
We definitely recommend trying a few Workshops if you’re keen to get into the nitty-gritty. Hosted by NetSuite’s Education Services team, these hands-on sessions allow you to explore new features, discover advanced techniques and processes, and get tips directly from NetSuite technical experts.
Nothing beats getting to play around with cutting-edge features in demo environments, so book your slot early, as these sessions tend to be popular.

Catch a keynote
Keynotes are always a highlight of SuiteWorld. They’re where you get to hear from the top dogs, find out about brand-new features, and learn more about where the platform is headed.
SuiteWorld’s Executive Keynote is set to take place on Tuesday morning, when co-founder and EVP of the Global Business Unit, Evan Goldberg, will take to the stage to look back over 25 years of NetSuite and shine a light on what to expect from its innovation-packed future. Expect to hear from NetSuite customers too, who’ll be sharing their tips on saving money and boosting productivity.
There are two more keynotes to enjoy on Wednesday, starting with the Product Keynote, followed by a special Diversity and Inclusion Keynote later in the day.
In the Product Keynote, SVP of NetSuite Application Development Gary Wiessinger will be joined by a host of NetSuite experts to reveal new and upcoming features, discuss how NetSuite is imbuing AI across the Suite, and showcase fantastic customer experiences that can help your business reach its full potential.
The final keynote will explore the importance of sponsorship in creating effective diversity and inclusion programs and provide tools and tips for implementing sponsorship schemes that truly make a difference to your internal talent development.
Get up close and personal with NetSuite products
Got a use-case you need a solution for? Is there a NetSuite product that you’d like to know more about? Have a suggestion for the NetSuite product management team about your go-to product?
Join one of the 24 Product Roundtables taking place throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, where you’ll sit down with product managers for an exclusive, in-depth discussion about individual NetSuite apps and use cases, from NetSuite CRM to managing your warehouse.
Network with industry peers
NetSuite is beloved by many different industries, and this reception brings them all together so you can connect with others in your sector. Talk shop, share experiences, and make new connections over drinks and appetizers.
Hack for good
Want to do something good on your SuiteWorld trip? Then sign up for the 10th annual Hackathon 4Good.
Organized by Oracle NetSuite’s Social Impact team, the hackathon will bring big NetSuite brains together to solve complex challenges for nonprofits. Participants will be grouped into teams and encouraged to use creativity and ingenuity to design and build prototype NetSuite solutions to help nonprofit organizations. Teams will then present back to a panel of judges, who will crown the winning solution.
Hackathon 4Good takes place on Monday, October 16 at 9 a.m., and you can register your spot here.
Spend time with a SuiteGuru
Don’t miss your chance to pick the brains of a NetSuite expert and get all your burning technical questions answered. You can secure your private 30-minute session with a NetSuite wizard ahead of time, or walk-up appointments will also be available.
Party like it’s 1998
To mark 25 years of NetSuite, SuiteWorld is hosting a closing party like no other. Get down like you’re not even worried about the Millennium Bug and groove to 1998’s biggest tunes at The Party.
Always the biggest night of the conference, attendees will enjoy a headline set by OneRepublic as well as food, drinks, entertainment, and good times.
Taking place at the Virgin Hotel on Wednesday evening, SuiteWorld runs free shuttle buses from various Vegas hotels to get you to and from The Party.
